Who pays the subscription?
The stokvel does, through its admins — typically from the group's own funds, like any other group expense. Individual members never pay us anything.
How does the first free month work?
Register, set up, and run your stokvel with every feature for a full month before the first billing cycle starts. No card needed to look around.
What happens if a payment fails?
Admin functions may be limited after reasonable notice until the subscription is brought up to date — members always keep access to their own records.
Can we cancel?
Any time, in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Where the 7-day ECTA cooling-off right applies, you get a refund less the value of services already used.
Will the price change?
If it ever does, you get at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal — never mid-cycle.
